Executive Chairman
Timothy Edward Baldwin, a highly experienced financier in the UK, with a successful 20 year career in the London financial markets.
Tim has been responsible for the flotation, acquisition and fund raising for a range of companies within many sectors of the UK quoted market and has specialist knowledge of the oil and gas sector.
His career includes Head of Smaller Companies Research and Director of Institutional Stock-broking at Greig Middleton and institutional salesman/corporate broker at both Investec Securities and Canaccord Capital.
Non-Executive Director
Edward Adams graduated from Oxford University and subsequently gained an MA at London University.
For the past 15 years he has served as a Director of various AiM listed companies including Rage Software Plc, Bartercard Plc, London & Boston Investments Plc (now PSG Group Plc) and Parallel Media Group Plc.
He is an active investor in a number of public and private companies with interests in media rights and property."
Group Finance Director
Daniel French graduated in Economics from Cambridge University and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG.
During his career he has worked with a wide range of large public and private company clients in the retail, leisure and manufacturing sectors. He held the position of Director of Business Performance at Hyman Capital and has recently worked on a number of projects improving margins and looking for top-line growth opportunities at Tesco.
Commercial Director
Mark Edmonds is RAM’S Communications Director. Prior to RAM Mark spent 27 years in BBC TV culminating in a specialist team of coordinating programme delivery mechanics for major Network TV transmission output delivered by Post Production Resources Group. In 2006 he joined the ASNU Corporation, a world leader in Gasoline Injection Diagnostics and was instrumental in the R&D and Management of a subsidiary division within the Corporations business.
